Every person when staying at the hotel accepts this regulation and must consider it as a contract that must be fulfilled, otherwise, the administration will be forced to ask you to immediately vacate the facilities without a refund option.

1.- Payment of your entire stay in advance when you receive the keys to your room.

2.-Any person staying at the hotel must register in the formats required by the hotel, the federal and municipal authorities.

3.- The schedule for payment of services is from 07:00 am to 10:00 pm

4.- The entry time is at 03:00 pm

5.- The departure is at noon (12:00 pm), with 1 hour of tolerance. Avoid extra charges.

6.- The use of the safe is free (we are not responsible for values not deposited in it), hours from 08:00 am to 08:00 pm.

7.- The use of narcotics or drugs is not allowed (save us the penalty of having to call the authorities).

8.- Any damage or harm to the facilities or furniture by guests will have a charge equal to the amount thereof.

9.- For safety, children under 12 years old should not use public areas without the company of an adult.

10.- Street vendors or strangers are not allowed to enter their rooms, the Hotel disclaims responsibility for any claim presented. If you wish to host an additional guest, they must register at reception for an additional cost.

11.- Pets are not allowed.

12.- We are not responsible for forgotten objects or values in public areas.

13.- If you are the victim of a crime, you must report it to the competent authorities immediately, please ask the receptionist on duty to communicate it with the authorities.

15.- The establishment has current liability insurance, complying with NOM-07-TUR-2002. Remaining at the guest's disposal if necessary.
